Hulett is located on Highway 24, nine miles north of Devils Tower, the first national monument. Devils Tower was featured in the movie, "Close Encounters of The Third Kind." Hulett is very picturesque, with mostly western-style buildings. Tourists often jump from their cars and immediately start their video cameras or take snapshots of what appears to be a movie set.
